1. Log in to your account.
2. Navigate to the 'Manage Learners' tab on the left-hand side.
3. Once this loads, you'll be able to locate the learner you'd like to view. Click on their name.
4. You should then see the 'Certification History' tab where you'll be able to access, review, and print your learners' certificates.
If you are looking for your own certificates, click "My Certificate" in the left-hand menu.
