Our 3 Demerit Reduction courses are government-regulated. For AB drivers, successfully passing this course means you will obtain a certificate to take to a registries office for a 3 Demerit Reduction on your license.
This means that certain personal information is required by law on sign-up and all course material must be completed and the final exam passed before you are able to obtain a certificate.

Driver's License Number
Driver's License Class
At the end of these courses, you will see a form to fill out and submit. This form is sent directly to the team that produces and mails out AB registry certificates.
**Failure to fill out this form each time, regardless of pass or fail, will result in your inability to write a second attempt should you fail your first, or upon passing, obtain a certificate.
About The Courses
Length: 6 hours
Passing Grade: 80% or higher
Certification?: Yes
**Please note it may take up to 10 business days to receive your certificate.
If 80% or greater is not achieved, you will be allowed to re-attempt the exam after a 24-hour cooldown period.
These secondary attempts are manually issued during business hours only.
If your 24-hour period is reached outside of standard business hours, you will be issued access the morning of the next business day.
**Should you be unsuccessful at the second attempt, you will be required to repurchase the course.
