I Have Been Told My Account Is Changing, What's Going to Happen?

Learn about the changes to your account and how to get help once things have changed.

What's Going On?

Your training account is going to be moved to RapidLMS, a custom-built platform for the delivery of courses and management of certifications.

This is all done largely behind the scenes, but there are a couple of things for you to be aware of before it happens.

Training Outage

  • There will be a brief unavailability of your online courses while we make the change.
  • It is best to make sure that your course is fully completed before the change happens.
  • Your specific date will be displayed in a banner at the top of your current training page.

If you need to have your course completed around this time, please plan to complete it before any changes happen.

Any courses that are in progress but not completed before the change will be reset; you won't completely lose your progress, but you will need to contact our Support team for assistance.

Confirming Your Contact Details

To make sure things transfer smoothly, please go into your current training account and double check that your name, email, phone, and any other information is correct.

Your username may not be your email address or phone number; it's a good idea to make sure you know your current username and password before the change.

What Else Should I Know?

Plan to give yourself a little extra time when you log into your account for the first time after the change.

You will need to reset your password and confirm your contact method on the first log in.

Things will also look a bit different but you will find your courses under "My Courses" and your certifications under "My Certifications" once you’ve logged in.
