How do I share learners to an Organization?

As a Training Manager, you may want to gain access to a specific Learner, or group of Learners, from another Training Manager within the Organization. This is possible to do with our Organization feature.


The Training Manager that owns unshared learners is the one that will need to complete these steps.


Follow the steps below to gain or share access to a learner with your fellow Training Managers within your Organization:


  1. The first step is to go to the ' Manage Learners' section which is found on the left side under the 'Training' tab.
  2. Locate the Learner you’d like to share with the Organization. You can also select multiple learners to share at once by checking the box on the left-hand side. 
  3. Once you've chosen your learner(s) click on the gear on the right-hand side and select the 'Share' option.
  4. In the drop-down menu, choose the organization you'd like to share this learner with. 


The Learner has now been shared with the Organization!


Note: All Training Managers that are part of the assigned Organization will now have access to this Learner(s) to distribute training to them and view existing certification history.
